These downloadable files show our entire product range and whether or not they are currently available to our Distributors. These files can be downloaded in either easy-to-print PDF, or as a sortable Excel file. Updated weekly, they are effectively a real-time snapshot of the situation for all items in our product range.
Current Availability List
View interactive galleries and descriptions of all our currently available items, which can be filtered and sorted in various ways. For example, to see newly added or recently returned items, use the function ‘Sort by Newness’. They can also be filtered by various parameters such growing conditions or available plant size, etc.
As we are wholesale suppliers, there is no associated shopping cart available, except for our pre-approved distributors. This resource is updated in real-time, so if an item is showing, it means that it’s currently available for our Distributors to order. If you see items you might like to purchase, please enquire to one of our Distributors, who will then quote you a price and projected delivery date. He may already have the items in stock, but if not, he can order them for you.
This is far from a complete list of all Borneo Exotics items that your favorite Distributor may have in stock. There are also many items not currently showing on this resource, which our Distributors have been able to purchase in the recent past, or items that are currently only on the wholesale auctions.

Wholesale Auctions

For many years we have been running auctions of special items for our distributors on our dedicated auction website. The auctions are visible to anyone, and even without a user account you can see items and bids in real-time, but no details as to who’s bidding or the amounts of each bid. Only our approved distributors have the required user accounts to place bids.
You are welcome to view upcoming auctions and if any item is of particular interest, you can contact your favorite distributor and ask him to bid on your behalf.
Item Descriptions

This is a downloadable Excel spreadsheet detailing all Borneo Exotics releases since our inception in 1997. There are approximately 1,000 items listed and they can be sorted by BE-code, or in alphabetical order of Variety Name. The available fields are:
- BE-Code
- Variety Name
- Species Description
- Item Name
- Item Description
We hope that this will enable growers to find more information about items in their collection, especially if it’s a discontinued item and the information is no longer appearing on our Current Availability List.
In general, the lower the BE-code number, the longer ago that item was first released. For example, BE-3003 – N. albomarginata was introduced over 20 years ago and a more recent item, e.g. BE-4010 – N. (hamata x glabrata) x veitchii was introduced in March 2020.
Important Disclaimer: The information in this spreadsheet has been compiled over more than 20 years and was originally intended only for internal use. The data is presented here unedited and has been input by several people with varying degrees of expertise, sometimes relying on information from third party suppliers. Borneo Exotics (Pvt) Ltd takes no responsibility for the accuracy of information it may contain. There could be some occasional errors, but they will be more likely to be in earlier entries than recent ones.

This is a ZIP file and as of Feb 2023 it;s about 140 MB in size, containing nearly 1,900 photos of Borneo Exotics items, both past and present. They are free to download and use with credit to Borneo Exotics (Pvt) Ltd and are not to be used for marketing plants from any other source.
